Reiki is balancing us physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. It increases strength & self-esteem and developes creativity & intuition .It heals by the means of the external energy supply & is stress-reducing, pain-relieving & activates production of the well-being hormone Oxytocin.

Japanese Kabuki

Japanese Kabuki is a traditional form of massage based on the system acupuncture works on, documented in Japan since the 10th century. This type of massage is specially designed to be performed anywhere & at any time, achieving the best possible results in a relatively short time, approximately 20 minutes. It's performed with the patient fully dressed. By stimulating points along the meridians, blocked energy is released. Different bodily functions are encouraged & strengthened, balancing you to a healthier life & increasing physical & mental capacity.

Classic Massage

The classic massage is based on the body's structure & aims to correct the muscles & tissues, posture & movement of your skeletal composition. It also contributes to your body's healing ability through increased blood & lymphatic flow, increases the supply of nutrients to your cells & cleanses toxins. This type of massage is very relaxing & stress reducing, which improves the balance of hormones.
